Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Every order from NEVR SEEN arrives carefully prepared for you. We value your choice and want you to be completely satisfied. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you can take advantage of your right to exchange or return.
1. DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
To have your shipment accepted, the products must meet the following criteria:

Merchantable Condition: The product must not have been worn, washed, ironed, or treated in any way.

Hygiene: There must be no traces of cosmetics (makeup, deodorant), perfume, or external odors (cigarette smoke, etc.) on the product.

Packaging and Labels: The product must be returned with all original labels and in its original packaging/box (without the box being taped over or damaged by the courier).

Accessories: All accompanying materials (leaflets, gifts, accessories) must be included with the shipment.
3. PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or another item:

Send the product to the address specified in the Contacts section.

After we inspect the returned item, we will send the new one within 7 working days.

Courier costs for exchange: All courier costs (both ways) are at the Client's expense, except in cases of defective goods or an error on our part.
4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return a product and receive a refund:

Email us at info@nevrseen.com, ensuring you include your IBAN (bank account) and the account holder's name.

Send the product back to us.

Once we verify that the goods meet the conditions in point 2, we will refund the amount via bank transfer within 14 calendar days.

Important: Refunds are made via bank transfer only. Shipments sent to us with "Cash on Delivery" (COD) will not be accepted.

Courier costs for return: Shipping costs for returning goods are entirely at the Client's expense.

We recommend using the "Review" (Inspection) option when sending the returned goods to us.
